Open the Asa widget in the bottom right corner. Ask it anything a real shopper to your storefront might ask — a product question, an FAQ, a comparison, a recommendation, or a pre-purchase support query. The widget is fully functional and ready to interact.
Moreover, also try to browse through the storefront, visiting product pages as different personas would, and you'll see the proactive messaging and nudges working out of the box per your behavior - ask it questions in any way as it has gotten the context of what you're viewing, what's in your cart and what you mentioned earlier - so that you don't have to say anything twice.
What are the limitations of this demo?
Asa in this demo is trained only on publicly available product information with ease for us — basic details like product names, descriptions, and prices. It does not include detailed product attributes, ingredients, specifications, or any metafields data.
It also does not include non-product content like blogs, policies, or FAQs. Support features like suggest similar products, and order tracking require a live store integration and are not available here for this demo store.
In a real integration, Asa is trained on your complete catalog, metafields, all your content sources, and your full knowledge base and support capabilities such as Order Tracking — making it significantly more capable than what you see here. Visit asa.so to learn more
